Hi Krakens families,

See below lots of important information pertaining to Saturday’s away meet vs. Potomac Station.

POOL ADDRESS AND PARKING

• The Potomac Station pool address is 102 Valemount Terrace, Leesburg VA 20176
• Potomac Station pool has limited parking due to construction. Please follow the parking signs. Parking is available at our tennis courts (on the other side of River Creek Parkway) or down the street at Harper Park Middle School. Please be sure parents do not park on Valemount Terrace by the town homes as they will be towed. Parking on any other side streets is also fine as long as you do not block any driveways.

ARRIVAL

• Please have your swimmer check in at the pool with Senior Kraken Sid NO LATER THAN 7:10 AM. Warm ups start promptly at 7:30 AM. Swimmers must swim in warm ups to be able to participate in the meet.
• The meet will begin at 8:00 AM.
• Swimmers will be together in the team area on the pool deck. Please bring chairs/blankets to sit on.
• We are guests of this pool, so please treat it like our own. Swimmers must place trash in the proper receptacles and keep the area as clean as possible.
• Parents and spectators may set up on the pool deck in the marked spectator areas
• Theme: TIE DYE

HEAT SHEET

• The heat sheet is attached to this email.
• The 100m freestyle events will be at the end of the meet.

VOLUNTEERS

• Volunteers must check in with board member Lindsey upon arrival on Saturday. If you are running late, please let us know via email ([email protected]).

CONCESSIONS

• Concessions will be serving Anitas and tasty treats. They accept credit cards and cash.
