Hi Krakens families,

See below lots of important information pertaining to Saturday’s Divisionals meet at Loudoun Valley Estates.

AIR QUALITY UPDATE

The meet is currently on as scheduled. We are actively monitoring the air quality for tomorrow and staying in touch with ODSL on meet status. If anything changes, we will let the team know.

POOL ADDRESS AND PARKING

• The Greenway pool address is 43636 Lucketts Bridge Circle, Ashburn VA 20148
• You will need to drop off your swimmer and then park in a nearby designated area. Please read the attach document carefully to understand swimmer drop off and parking!

ARRIVAL

• Please have your swimmer check in at the pool with the Senior Kraken Aarohi NO LATER THAN 6:00 AM. Warm ups start promptly at 6:30 AM. Swimmers must swim in warm ups to be able to participate in the meet.
• The meet will begin at 7:00 AM.
• Swimmers will be together in the team area in the parking lot. We will have tents in the team area.
• We are guests of this pool, so please treat it like our own. Swimmers must place trash in the proper receptacles and keep the area as clean as possible.
• The pool deck is restricted to swimmers, volunteers, officials, and spectators watching active swimmers only. Chairs are not permitted on the pool deck.
• Theme: Kraken Out!

VOLUNTEERS

• Volunteers must check in with board member Taylor by 6:15 AM.

CONCESSIONS

• Concessions will offer a variety of food and treats, including donuts, Chick-fil-A biscuits, Anita’s breakfast burritos, and cold drinks. The Kona Ice truck and Blend Coffee trailer will also be on site to help keep swimmers and spectators fueled throughout the meet. They will accept credit cards and cash.

• The heat sheet will be provided when it becomes available.
