Hey Krakens!

To end our season on a high note, we are going to host an optional FUN MEET tomorrow morning, Monday July 20th. All Krakens swimmers are eligible to take part in this fun meet.

DECLARATION

You must declare for the meet in Swimtopia- this is the same process as declaring for any other meet. Declaration must be completed by 6:30 AM tomorrow. You may swim up to 3 strokes as usual.

ARRIVAL

• Please have your swimmer check in at the pool by 7:15 AM
• Warm ups begin at 7:30 AM
• Fun meet will begin at 8am and should complete by 10am.

VOLUNTEERS

We need volunteers to run this fun meet! There are no volunteer points for this meet- we are looking for a few parents who want to help us end the season on a high note. Volunteer sign ups are available in Swimtopia. We will need the following volunteers in order to run the meet:

• Clerk (2)
• Computer Operator (1)
• Runner (1)
• Timers (7)
