This week, we swim at the Potomac Station pool.

Check-in with Senior Kraken TBD by 7:10 am.

As always, please have your swimmer at the pool at least 1 hour before the meet begins for check-in and warm-ups. The Krakens' warm-up starts at 7:30 am. Swimmers must warm up with the team to participate in the meet.

Meet Declaration must be completed by midnight on Wednesday, July 8th.

Rules: A swimmer may enter a maximum of three (3) individual events. A swimmer may swim a maximum of two (2) relay events (one age-restricted and one open). Relays are created by the swim coaches.

As a courtesy to our guests, please carpool/walk to the meet or park in the Pinebrook Elementary parking lots. This will leave our limited parking open for members of the opposing Swim Team.
