Coaches Clinic - Free, Fly, Starts and Turns

Small group lessons for stroke refinement with Coach Dominic and Coach Addi. Each 30-minute block is limited to 10 swimmers. $10 per child, per class - payable to the Coach or Senior Kraken leading the clinic (cash or Venmo). Payment is due at the start of the clinic. 6 - 6:30 pm - Freestyle Registration Link: Sign up here If you are a "no show" for a clinic, you are still responsible for the $10 fee as you have taken a spot away from another swimmer. Cancellations must happen by 2 pm on June 24th. |

Dulles Farm vs Kirkpatrick Farms

Warm-up: 7:30 AM
This week we swim at the Dulles Farm Devil Rays pool. Check-in with Senior Kraken Lizzie between 7:00 am and 7:15 am. As always please have your swimmer to the pool at least 1 hour before the meet begins for check-in and warm-ups. A swimmer must swim warm-ups to be able to participate in the meet. (7:00 am at the latest for a Saturday meet, 5:00 pm at the latest for a Wednesday meet). Meet Declaration must be completed by midnight on Wednesday, June 19th. Rules: A swimmer may enter a maximum of three (3) individual events. A swimmer may swim a maximum of two (2) relay events (one age-restricted and one open). Relays are created by the swim coaches. |

Kirkpatrick Farms vs Lenah Run

This week we welcome the Lenah Run Froggers to Kirkpatrick Farms. As always please have your swimmer to the pool at least 1 hour before the meet begins for check-in and warm-ups. (7:00 am for a Saturday meet, 5:00 pm for a Wednesday meet). As a courtesy to our guests, please carpool/walk to the meet or park in the Pinebrook Elementary parking lots. This will leave our limited parking open for members of the opposing Swim Team. Meet Declaration must be completed by midnight on Sunday, June 16th.
