Coaches Clinic - Fly, Back, Breast and Free

End: 8:00 PM
Small group lessons for stroke refinement with Coach Dominic and Senior Kraken Nick. Each 30-minute block is limited to 10 swimmers. $10 per child, per class - payable to the Coach or Senior Kraken leading the clinic (cash or Venmo). Payment is due at the start of the clinic. 6 - 6:30 pm - Butterfly Registration Link: Sign up here If you are a "no show" for a clinic, you are still responsible for the $10 fee as you have taken a spot away from another swimmer. Cancellations must happen by 2 pm on June 30th. |

The Krakens will be selling concessions! Bring cash to enjoy snacks and drinks while you enjoy the movie! If you have not been to this event before, the parking lot clears out at 8pm after the pool closes. Please do not set up chairs in parking lot until the lot is clear of all cars. Remember to bring chairs or blankets to sit in. The lot will be closed to all cars after 8pm. Please park on Sunmerall. Movie begins at dusk ( about 8:45pm) |

Loudoun Valley II vs Kirkpatrick Farms

This week we swim at the Loudoun Valley II Viperfish pool. Check-in between 7:00 am and 7:15 am. As always please have your swimmer to the pool at least 1 hour before the meet begins for check-in and warm-ups. A swimmer must swim warm-ups to be able to participate in the meet. (7:00 am for a Saturday meet, 5:00 pm for a Wednesday meet). Meet Declaration must be completed by midnight on Wednesday, June 26th. Rules: A swimmer may enter a maximum of three (3) individual events. A swimmer may swim a maximum of two (2) relay events (one age-restricted and one open). Relays are created by the swim coaches. |
