Swimmers are invited to bring items to tie-dye as they enjoy Kona Ice. Tie-dye supplies are provided by the team. The Kona Ice truck will be on hand for families to purchase, a portion of the sales will come back to the team. Pie a Coach as a fundraiser for the team. 6pm to 8pm. |

This week, we swim at the Dulles Farms Devil Rays pool. Meet Spirit Theme: USA/ 4th of July Festive Check-in with Senior Kraken Lizzie by 4:50 pm The Krakens' warm-up starts at 5:05 pm. Swimmers must warm up with the team to participate in the meet. Meet Declaration must be completed by midnight on Sunday, June 29th. Rules: A swimmer may enter a maximum of three (3) individual events. A swimmer may swim a maximum of two (2) relay events (one age-restricted and one open). Relays are created by the swim coaches. |
